Crystal Fleur Dance Festival susie lu

Originally from China, Susie began her dance training when she was 8 years old. In 1998 Susie received a scholarship from the dance school and continued her studies at He Bei Vocational Art College in Shi Jia Zhuang, China. She has always been outstanding during training at the school and was awarded first place for her Chinese classical solo dance in ‘Xiao Yang Ren Cup’ dance competition of He Bei province, China. Susie found the longer she trained in dance the more she loved it. She came to the UK in 2007 and continued her dancing career. Susie has been teaching and performing at the Dancehouse Theatre in Manchester since 2011. She was awarded three ‘gold stars’ in the Sky 1 ‘Got To Dance’ semi-final 2011 for performing a Chinese classical dance. Then she was trained as a silver advisor of Arts Award in 2013, and delivered dance workshops in over 100 schools in the UK. She has also choreographed dance routines at the Manchester Day Parade in 2013/2014.
